Who We Are
Dominika
Dominika Bednarska has over 20 years of experience living and working in the Bay Area disability community. She has held disability focused positions in federal and local government.. She also holds a PhD in English and Disability Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She has overseen hundreds of contracts, budgets, and purchases and has also been hiring and managing her own staff for the last 20 years. She is also a Regional Center client and an SDP participant.
Marissa
Marissa has been an advocate in the disability community for over thirty years. She is an expert in navigating bureaucratic government programs and services. Marissa is a case manager and assists her clients with disabilities find support service providers and personal care attendants. . Marissa is also a Regional Center client.

We both have extensive personal and professional experience related to budgets, staffing, negotiation, and advocacy with the Regional Center and FMS companies.
